Had an awesome trip with my friends! The location was great, just a quick tube ride to places like the Olympic Stadium and Westfield Stratford City. The rooms were air-conditioned and had flat-screen TVs, which made our stay comfy. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful during our adventures.
We did face issues with the shower not having hot water. It was frustrating because we were hoping for a refreshing shower after a long day out.

They had a room available when every where else did not and the bathroom was modern and clean.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but the situation was tolerable.

Convenient location near public transport makes hopping around the city easy. Cleanliness of common areas stood out throughout the stay.
The rooms felt cramped, particularly the double room, which had a small bed size—120cm, didn't quite hit the mark for comfort. Climbing to the third floor without an elevator could be a hassle for anyone with luggage. shared kitchen access was limited to certain hours, which might not work for all guests looking for late-night snacks. The overall sound insulation left much to be desired. noise from neighboring rooms could disrupt a good night's sleep. Lastly, one room experienced a minor flooding issue during rain, leading to wet conditions that weren't addressed promptly.

The location is great, just a short tube ride to the Olympic Stadium! Our room had a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, which kept the kids entertained. Plus, it was air-conditioned, which was a lifesaver during our stay.
My children wanted more entertainment options for their downtime. A play area would have made our stay even better.

The staff were always helpful and it made the stay more enjoyable, despite the room being quite small. I appreciated the cleanliness of the shared areas, but the walls were very thin, which made for a noisy stay.
